They are sent out several e-mails a few days apart telling them where they are in the system, how many people have joined after them and upgrade and that if they join before 30 days are up they will be placed above these people and will have these people under them.
You are also able to purchase more tour takers if you want. I like purchasing 100 tour takers every month. This works great as you typically will get 2-4 people sign up just from that. If you want to build faster just do more advertising on your own or show it to your friends and family.
